Raise your game, at Legends Arcade

Support Small Business Series

The Swantown Inn is a small Mom and Pop, family owned business. In this new series of blog posts we want to highlight other small businesses. Some we frequent often, some less so, but if there is a choice between a chain and a local option we almost always go for the local.

Legends Arcade

Legends Arcade is an arcade, now featuring a kitchen and bar, located in downtown Olympia. Founded in 2022 by Patrick and Christina Cosrtelo, at the time of writing this post, they are about to celebrate their first year open for business! The arcade now features a delicious kitchen and bar, serving a hot food menu, drinks and game-inspired cocktails.

The arcade features well over 50 token-operated games, including retro arcade machines, pinball, foosball, skeeball, and more. They have a carefully curated soundtrack and modern mood lighting to create a unique experience for all ages. They switch to a 21+ environment after 9 pm.

There are options for party packages and arcade takeovers. Tournaments are offered for Pinball and Foosball, with plans for a Skeeball League too!

The arcade gives you a great option for those rainy days, or for something fun to do after a dinner date.

Legends Arcade is bringing back that fun nostalgic feel of arcade life where one token can give you a whole adventure. With modern mood lighting, a good selection of brews, and a carefully curated soundtrack, Legends Arcade is a one-of-a-kind experience for all ages to game and socialize.

Additionally, a big reason we wanted to open downtown specifically, is to be a part of the revitalization of that area of our city, which is rich in history and culture. In the last 8 years since we’ve moved here, we’ve seen more businesses open downtown each year and more people visiting our local businesses. The downtown support network with the ODA Guides and the Clean Team is incredibly responsive and active helping downtown feel welcoming and clean. We’ve seen nothing but positive growth downtown and know that will continue. There are many small business owners, such as ourselves, who are deeply committed to making downtown Olympia a remarkable destination inviting not just our own locals, but out of town visitors as well.
