Inns, Bed and Breakfasts and Guesthouses in Olympia

The Harbinger Inn located on East Bay Drive in Olympia, currently does not operate as an Inn or Bed and Breakfast. It is a historic mansion overlooking the bay and Olympic mountains. It was very well known within the community and our guests often comment that they had also stayed there in the past.

The Cinnamon Rabbit, was an Olympia Bed and Breakfast is a name that occasionally comes up with our guests. We believe this was a small Bed and Breakfast that was run from 7th Ave SE, just around the corner from the Swantown Inn.

Inns still operating:

The Inn at Mallard Cove is an English Tudor style waterfront estate located on twelve heavily forested acres near Olympia, Washington. Don and Linda are wonderful hosts and like us members of the Washington Bed and Breakfast Guild. They are a member of the Washington Bed and Breakfast Guild just like us, and we whole heartedly recommend them.

Fertile Ground Guesthouse located on 9th Avenue SE in Olympia, offers two guest rooms in a smaller craftsman’s style home. It is surrounded by their amazing organic gardens. They provide “green lodging”, paying particular attention to their use of natural resources. At the Swantown Inn we also are very careful to be ecologically friendly.

International Inns

Here are some international inns we are familiar with or have had the pleasure of hosting the Innkeepers of.

Located in the Luberon region, the heart of Provence, in the countryside surrounding the picturesque village of St. Saturnin-Lès-Apt, Le Mas Perréal is owned by our guests and fellow Innkeepers, Elisabeth & Kevin Widrow. Kevin is from the USA and Elisabeth from France. They visit us to visit his brother. We eagerly await the day we can visit them at their Inn!

Guesthouse Anzengruber is located in a beautiful and peaceful spot in the western part of Vienna – ideal for touring the city and relaxing!
