South Sound Small Event Space

Although we specialize in weddings, there is no reason our event space cannot be used for a multitude of other events.

Pricing varies depending on length of rental, time of day, and day of week. If you rent our overnight guest rooms as well, you receive a discount and add to our ability to be flexible with the timing of your event.

Our new event space, the Grand Victorian Ballroom, can accommodate up to 60 people. It features a bar area, serving espresso and baked goods. We can also cater breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner. ADA access and restroom.

The function room can cater to your audio visual needs also. We can accommodate a projector and screen, however we have a large screen television. WiFi is provided as part of your rental fee.

If you are looking for a venue away from the office, or you are from out of town and looking to host a meeting, we can provide a venue you may like to consider.

If you need a breakout room we have a few options within the historic part of the Inn. Providing a more intimate atmosphere for your group to hold discussions.

  • Our dining room can easily accommodate meetings for 8 to 10 people.
  • Our sitting room provides seating for up to 6 to 8 people.
  • Our parlor can seat up to 20 people depending on the style of seating needed.

Events pricing is set on a case by case basis. That said we generally follow the parameters listed below. We know your needs may be slightly different to they three options so please feel free to contact us to discuss your needs with us if you require something custom.

Short Event

  • 60 people or less.
  • Up to 3 hours.
  • Audio/Visual included.
  • WiFi included.
  • Multiple seating styles available.

Costs

  • 12pm to 3pm – $300.
  • 9am to Noon – $500.
    • Discounted to $300 if all accommodations are booked the night before.
  • 3pm to 6pm – $500.
    • Discounted to $300 if all accommodations are booked for that night.
  • 6pm to 9pm – $500
    • Discounted to $300 if all accommodations are booked for that night.

All Day Event

  • 60 people or less.
  • Up to 8 hours.
  • Audio/Visual included.
  • WiFi included.
  • Multiple seating styles available.

Costs

  • 9am to 5pm – $700.
    • Discounted to $500 if all accommodations are booked the night before or after.
    • Discounted to $300 if all accommodations are booked the night before and after.
  • 1pm to 8pm – $700.
    • Discounted to $500 if all accommodations are booked for that night.

Multiple Day Event

  • 60 people or less.
  • Events spanning multiple days.
  • Audio/Visual included.
  • WiFi included.
  • Multiple seating styles available.
  • Overnight Accommodations.

Costs

  • 9am to 9pm – $700 per day.
    • Plus cost of all accommodations booked the night before and after.
  • Add next morning 9am to noon – $300.
  • Add evening before 6pm to 9pm – $300.

Notes for events:

  • We require payment in full to hold a particular date. We require 30 days for cancellations of events. Within 30 days payments are non-refundable.
