Spring / Summer Weddings Package
The Swantown Inn is surrounded by beautiful gardens. Couples have been married in these gardens for the last eight years. The large lawn can accommodate up to 100 people comfortably.
There are many positions around the garden that can be used for the ceremony.There is the main arbor on the large lawn. Then there is side lawn between the house and the vegetable and flower gardens. Smaller weddings may like to consider exchanging their vows under the grape covered pergola on the deck behind the house, or possibly in the gazebo surrounded by flowering plants.
No matter your choice you are sure to find an outdoor wedding with the Inn as a backdrop an unforgettable location.

Includes: Tables, chairs, and white linens, assistance with setup & cleanup, assistance with parking, officiant services, use of entire grounds and house for the entire day after 11am as well as all four guest rooms for up to eight overnight guests, and a gourmet breakfast for them in the morning.

During July & August there is a two-night minimum for the overnight accommodations, which brings the package cost to $2500.
Notes:
- The deposit is equal to the number of room nights (one night is $546 and two is $1092) which holds a particular date with the balance due a week before the wedding. Deposits are non-refundable. If we are able to resell the day of your reservation a refund equal to the amount of the rooms sold will be returned to you less a $120 service charge.
- Check out for any overnight guests is 11am.
- You may arrange a tour of the house and grounds by calling us and making an appointment.
- Inside we are not able to set up tables to have a seated dinner for more than 20 people, but have had several buffet-style reception events for up to 50 people, which work nicely inside.
- The whole house can be rented for extra nights of accommodation at $546 per night (plus tax). This can be handy when you have out of town guests.
