Budget Weddings Package for Any Season

This package can be used during any season, with the exclusion of weekends in July and August.

We understand that not everyone wants to spend a lot on their wedding. We also know that most people would like an alternative to a courthouse wedding. Therefore we decided to provide an option that would give you a nice back drop for your wedding ceremony.

This could be the perfect option for people wanting to have small wedding with close friends and immediate family.

If we may make a suggestion to top off the day you may like to book a private dining room in one of Olympia's many fine resturants. We can make some suggestions if this is something you are considering.

Includes: Up to 25 people (includes wedding party), assistance with parking, use of the Columbia Room bathroom for the bride, officiant services, chairs, use of entire grounds and downstairs of the house for two hours.

Cost: $500 + tax

This is our most restrictive package and we do charge for extras. They are as follows:

• Extra guests: $10 per guest
• Chair Rental and setup: $2.75 per chair
• Table Rental and setup: $12.50 per table (60 inch round or 6’ banquet)
• Table Linens (white): $10.00 per tablecloth
• Parking Assistance: $125 (required if more than 30 guests are attending)
• Garbage Disposal: $50.00 (required if caterer is not taking trash)
• Extra Time: $100 per 30 minutes
• Extra preparation room: $50 per room

Notes:

• This package is not available during weekends in July and August.
• We require payment in full to hold a particular date. Payments are non-refundable.
• This package is only offered between the hours of 12pm and 3pm. This is so the cermony is not interupted by other guests either checking out or checking in.
• You may arrange a tour of the house and grounds by calling us and making an appointment.
• The whole house can be rented for accommodation at $506 per night (plus tax) or you can rent rooms individually. This can be handy when you have out of town guests.
