Weddings in Olympia, Washington

Celebrate by holding your wedding, elopement, renewal of wedding vows, or commitment ceremony in the timeless elegance of the Swantown Inn.

Whether your dream has been a romantic garden wedding, or an intimate candlelit affair, the Victorian grandeur of the Inn will provide the perfect setting. We can accommodate 100 guests on our grounds or up to 40 guests inside. We even have non-denominational ordained officiants on staff who can assist you in creating a ceremony that is uniquely your own.

For a more intimate approach, consider eloping with your loved one at Swantown Inn. We provide the officiant, cake, sparkling beverage, small bouquet and a night in the Astoria Room. We can handle all the details or your personal touches can make the event distinctively yours. Just be sure to bring the rings and marriage license!

Events

We can also host your family reunions, wedding showers, baby showers, corporate meetings, workshops, seminars, retreats, anniversary parties, bar/bat mitzvahs, and other special events.

Our pricing for larger events follows the same pricing as Weddings do. However for smaller events such as wedding and baby showers, along with meetings we have seperate pricing.

Showers

We are able to host wedding and baby showers for up to 30 people.

Our downstairs sitting room and music room make the perfect place to gather your family and friends to celebrate your occassion. Our dining room provides the space for us to provide your group with coffee and tea, along with freshly baked goods (such as cakes, cookies, scones and muffins).

Cost: $300 (plus tax)

Must take place during the hours of 12pm and 3pm, unless all four overnight rooms are rented as well (Added cost $506 plus tax).

Meetings

If you are looking for a venue away from the office, or you are from out of town and looking to host a meeting, we can provide a venue you may like to consider.

Our downstairs sitting room, music room and dining room can easily accomodate meetings for up to 10 people. Our dining room provides seating for up to 10 people, while our sitting room provides a more lesuirely atomsphere for your group to hold discussions.

Do not forget that we have free wireless Internet access. We will also provide your group with coffee and tea, along with freshly baked goods (such as cakes, cookies, scones and muffins).

Cost: $200 (plus tax)

Must take place during the hours of 12pm and 3pm, unless all four overnight rooms are rented as well (Added cost $506 plus tax).
